Ginny's Cherry Blossom Session {Bitterroot, MT Fine Art Portrait Photographer}

It's hard to describe how things like an impromptu photoshoot beneath a cloud of pink and white cherry blossoms just happens.

Okay, it's not. I was visiting my sister-in-law in Seattle. We were hanging out in her apartment, trying to decide what to do. She loves vintage dresses. I love being behind a camera. We gave each other a sideways glance and said, "Let's do this!" An hour later, her hair was curled, my equipment was dangling off my shoulders, we were traipsing down to the University of Washington campus to snap some photos.

Just like everyone else in Seattle, apparently.

That's okay. We threw some elbows and make our way into the crowd. And captured these.

Seattle is completely lovely. The green grass and blooms made me impatient for spring to erupt in Montana. Thanks for modeling for me, Ginny! To schedule your own portrait session, visit the Contact page.
